Spring Has Sprung! (In Real Estate Anyway)

Looking over my listings hot sheet in MLS this morning I couldn’t get over how many new listings have hit the market in the last 3 days. And it’s not just the amount of new listings! There is an increase in the number of homes with accepted offers, those under agreement, and (gasp) solds!

Punxsutawney Phil was right in his prediction this year when it comes to real estate.  The spring market has sprung early in Massachusetts and with the low rates things are busy!
